Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original gift box or pouch and secure them inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
